Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider, Clerk, collects your email address and manages your login. We store a corresponding internal record (your role, purchase status, and course progress).

Payment information. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and related transaction metadata.

Course activity.If you have an account, we record which lessons you've watched and your position in each video, so you can pick up where you left off.

Usage and marketing data. We collect basic visit data (page visited, referring link, and — if you arrived from an ad or tagged link — which campaign) to understand how people find the Service. This is collected for anyone browsing the site, including before you create an account, but only after you accept cookies (see Section 3).

We use a small number of cookies:

• Strictly necessary. Clerk sets a session cookie so you stay signed in. These are required for the Service to function and are not subject to the cookie banner.
• Marketing and analytics.An anonymous visitor identifier and, if you arrived through a tagged marketing link, which campaign brought you here. These are first-party only — we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracker — and only get set after you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.

We share information with the service providers that run the Service on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and file storage), and Mux (video hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the Service.

Beyond those service providers, we reserve broad rights to share or sell information we collect — including account, usage, and marketing data — with other companies and partners for business purposes, at our discretion. If you have concerns about this, please contact us using the information in Section 8 before creating an account.

We do not sell information to data brokers targeting children.

We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account exists, and as needed to comply with our legal and tax obligations. Marketing/analytics cookie data is retained for up to 30 days for attribution purposes.

• Accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner or footer link at any time.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing dawgdmatprep@gmail.com. There is currently no self-service delete-account option — deletion is handled manually on request.

This website and its backend infrastructure were built using AI-assisted development (Claude Code), without a formal third-party security audit or a dedicated security team. We use industry-standard tools for the pieces that matter most — Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing (we never see your full card number), database access controls, and short-lived signed links for private downloads — but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we experience a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required under Georgia law.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will ask you to re-accept it the next time you use the Service before you can continue.
